Altura is a classic Sicilian bistro and lounge. Our goal bring the feeling of eating a classic Sicilian pizza in Salinas, while cooking with pristine ingredients. We have combined old-traditions of Sicilian cooking with local fresh ingredients, creating a unique style of pizzeria with handcrafted recipes, thin-crust pizzas, savory lasagna, pastas, and oven baked sandwiches.
