La Traviata was established in July 2000 by Chef Marion Gillcrist with a strong focus on locally sourced, farm to table, seasonally fresh Italian cuisine. Today, we proudly still source local meat and produce whenever possible to create the freshest fare for our patrons. Our dining room is warm and bustling, and our hospitality mirrors the love and respect that goes into every dish.
